1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you take physical possession of the goods.

2. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods whose seal has been broken after delivery, or to compounds where the cold chain has been interrupted.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Return Process
After arranging a return with our team, send the item unopened in its original condition to the address we provide. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
