These Terms apply to all contracts concluded via smartpeptide.de between SmartPeptide.de ("Provider") and the buyer ("Customer").
All products are exclusively for research and laboratory use. They are not approved for human consumption or medical application. By purchasing, the Customer confirms they hold appropriate qualifications and will use products for research purposes only.
Product listings are not binding offers. A contract is formed when the Provider confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.
All prices in Euros including VAT, plus shipping. Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, SEPA transfer, cryptocurrency. Payment due immediately.
Delivery times are estimates. The Provider may make partial deliveries. Risk passes to the Customer on delivery for consumer contracts.
Goods remain the Provider's property until fully paid.
Statutory warranty rights apply. HPLC purity ≥99% is guaranteed per batch via CoA. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt with the batch number.
Full liability for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. Otherwise limited to foreseeable, contract-typical loss. No liability for customer misuse of products.

German law applies, excluding UN CISG. Jurisdiction for merchants is the Provider's registered place of business.
EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration.
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of these Terms.
